Bias Bites for Leaders
These mini‐lessons are designed for school leaders to help educators explore their cognitive limitations through protocols that can be implemented in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other school‐wide learning opportunities. Through 10 structured learning experiences, teachers will examine the cognitive biases that hinder critical thinking, developing greater intellectual humility and awareness to foster more spaces for civil discourse in their schools.
